General Policy
All products and services provided by StudentDiscount are virtual and non-refundable. Once an order is completed and delivered, refunds will not be issued. Please carefully read the terms and conditions before making a payment.
Acceptance of Refund Policy
We strongly recommend that you fully understand the product features and functionality before placing an order to avoid the need for refunds. By ordering a product, you acknowledge that you have carefully read this policy and fully accept all provisions in the refund terms. If you do not agree with or accept the terms of this policy, please click "Contact Us" at the bottom left to provide feedback, suggestions, or corrections. We greatly appreciate your input. For any requests, valuable suggestions, or general inquiries, we will respond within 48 hours.
Special Circumstances for Refunds
Under special circumstances, we only accept refund requests for the following reason: Users have the right to receive a full refund within 24 hours of their first payment due to system errors or malfunctions.
Important Notes
1. Regarding First Payment: This refers to the initial payment made by a user with a verified account, excluding renewals, plan upgrades, or repurchases. Please provide detailed and well-founded reasons for refund requests. Refund requests based on non-use or dissatisfaction will not be accepted.
2. Regarding Subscription Terms: User subscriptions take effect immediately upon successful processing of the first payment. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel, without additional notice. By making a payment, you authorize us to store your payment method and automatically charge it on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
3. Regarding Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time before renewal through "Profile → My Plan → Cancel Subscription" or by contacting customer service to avoid charges for the next billing cycle. Cancellation will take effect on the last day of your paid period. You can continue using the subscription service until the cancellation takes effect, and no refund will be issued.
